Under the motto 2ND CHANCE, Outletcity Metzingen invites all to donate their unwanted clothing and thereby do a good deed for the community. All donations will be given to the non-profit organisation, eva, in Stuttgart. The donations will then be given to those in financial difficulty for a token sum.

The Evangelical Society (eva) is a non-profit organisation in Stuttgart, whose mission is to help people in need. Since 1830, around 150 service and advisory offices, homes and living groups form an organisation administrated by 1,300 employees and supported by over 1,000 volunteers.
The organisation’s social enterprise and daughter company, Neue Arbeit (lit. New Work), will receive all of the clothing donations by Outletcity Metzingen and offer them for sale in second-hand stores. All clothing that cannot be further sold will be returned to the textile cycle.

The VIP pass will be awarded upon the successful donation of a minimum of one wearable item of clothing. The VIP pass is valid until 31/12/2023. The use of the VIP Pass is limited to one day and one pass per person. Transfer to third parties is not permitted. The discounts are not valid in the event that the pass is transferred to third parties. The VIP Pass must be presented at the time of purchase. Offsetting against previous purchases is not permitted. The discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are only valid on the date stated on the respective coupon. The discounts listed on the VIP Pass refer to the respective outlet price of the items purchased. Discounts are therefore not granted on reduced goods or in combination with other offers. The discounts listed on the VIP Pass may only be granted for the purchase of quantities deemed common in retail trade. In issuing the vouchers, OUTLETCITY METZINGEN GmbH operates exclusively as a service provider for the respective suppliers. Neither the issuance of the VIP Pass nor the use of the discounts listed therein constitute a contractual relationship between customers and OUTLETCITY METZINGEN GmbH. The respective suppliers reserve the right to refuse to grant the discounts in this digital VIP Pass either in part or in full. Please note that no claims can be made against OUTLETCITY METZINGEN GmbH in this regard. Claims of any kind can only be made against the respective supplier. The customer exclusively enters into a contractual relationship with the respective supplier under its respective terms and conditions; discounts are granted within this framework. OUTLETCITY METZINGEN GmbH and ist affiliated companies as well as the owners of OUTLETCITY METZINGEN GmbH therefore assume no liability for the goods on offer, in particular in terms of availability, quality and pricing, as well as advertising claims made by suppliers. Upon claiming the first discount and in the event of violations of these conditions, you are obliged to indemnify and hold harmless OUTLETCITY METZINGEN GmbH, its management and employees from any demands and claims made by third parties. Subject to changes and errors. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply with the exception of German international private law.
