As a Gold-status O/Club member, you will have a dedicated contact person at the VIP Service Counter in the Outletcity Welcome Center. The on-site concierge service will assist you with reservations at one of our restaurants, booking a taxi, or any individual questions you may have about Europe's largest outlet*.
