The use of the VIP Shopping Pass is limited to one day and one pass per person. Transfer to third parties is not permitted. The discounts are not valid in the event that the pass is transferred to third parties. The VIP Shopping Pass must be presented at the time of purchase. The discounts listed on the VIP Shopping Pass may only be granted for the purchase of quantities deemed common in retail trade. In issuing the vouchers, OUTLETCITY AG operates exclusively as a service provider for the respective suppliers. Neither the issuance of the VIP Shopping Pass nor the use of the discounts listed therein constitute a contractual relationship between customers and OUTLETCITY AG. The respective suppliers reserve the right to refuse to grant the discounts in this digital VIP Shopping Pass either in part or in full.
