There is no additional processing fee for on-site refunds. All Global Blue and Planet receipts from Germany can be submitted for reimbursement. The amount of the refund depends on the purchase amount (minimum purchase value 50.01 euros).
How it works
At the storeSimply ask for a tax-free shopping form in the stores and have it filled out at the checkout with your full address, passport and credit card number as well as your telephone number or e-mail address.
At the Outletcity Welcome CenterShow all original receipts, forms, your passport and your credit card (MasterCard or Visa card only) at our Tax Free Counter in the Welcome Centre. Here you will immediately receive the VAT as a credit on your credit card.
At the customs officeWhen you leave the EU, present the tax-free shopping form together with your purchases, the original receipts and your passport to customs. Within 21 days of the date of purchase, simply submit the tax-free shopping form stamped by customs to Global Blue or Planet by post.
