The issuance and use of this VIP Shopping Pass and the benefits contained therein take place under the following conditions:
The use of the VIP Shopping Pass is limited to one day and one pass per person. Transfer to third parties is not permitted. The discounts are not valid in the event that the pass is transferred to third parties. The VIP Shopping Pass must be presented at the time of purchase. Offsetting against previous purchases is not permitted. The discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are only valid on the date stated on the respective coupon. The discounts listed on the VIP Shopping Pass refer to the respective outlet price of the items purchased. Discounts are therefore not granted on reduced goods or in combination with other offers. The discounts listed on the VIP Shopping Pass may only be granted for the purchase of quantities deemed common in retail trade. Neither the issuance of the VIP Shopping Pass nor the use of the discounts listed therein constitute a contractual relationship between customers and OUTLETCITY AG.
