Do I get my redeemed points back if an event such as the Mercedes Benz Cup is cancelled?

As a result of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, federal and state governments have decided that, among other things, all retail outlets and outlets are expected to remain closed until April 19, 2020.

I have a voucher that is no longer valid. How can I extend the validity?

The gift card can be renewed up to one year after expiration on site in Metzingen. Alternatively, a credit note is possible. In this case please send a short message to our customer service service@outletcity.com.

Which restaurants & cafés are still open?

McDonalds and the Keim bakery are open to you "on the go".

Opening hours (without guarantee):

  • McDonalds: McDrive daily 9 am – midnight (just for take away)
  • Keim: Monday – Saturday: 10 am – 4 pm (just for take away)
Olio e Pane, Marché Mövenpick, Almresi and Starbucks are expected to be closed until 19 April 2020.

What security measures have been taken for my online shop order?

We have established hygiene and safety standards for our teams and customers and strictly follow the WHO guidelines.

DHL has also installed appropriate security measures, such as the contactless transfer of packages.

Further information for delivery with DHL:
Under https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/kampagnenseiten/coronavirus.html informs you with current information about the delivery of your packages. DHL recommends delivery to storage locations and branches. The DHL deliverer confirms receipt himself to avoid virus transmission.

Where can I check the delivery status of my order?

After placing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail contains a link to check your shipment. Furthermore, you have the possibility to follow the status of your order under 'My account' and 'My orders'.

Do the shipments to Switzerland and Austria work without any problems?

Delays may occur here due to the introduction of border controls.

How can I change my shipping address now?

You can change the shipping address during the order process or enter a new shipping address. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If you changed the country of delivery, please contact us by e-mail to service@outletcity.com.

How does my shipment arrive at my location?

Shipping in Germany is done with DHL. In Austria, your package will be sent to you by Post AT and in Switzerland by Post CH.

Did the online shop change the shipping times?

DE: Despite compliance with all safety standards, we do our best to ensure a shipping time of 1-3 days. From our shipping service provider DHL we are currently also not aware of any delays.

CH & AT: Delays may occur here due to the introduction of border controls.

How can I return the items?

We have extended the right of return for you to 60 days.

Your return label is already included in the package. Enclose the completed return slip with your return shipment and stick the printed return label on your parcel. You can hand this in free of charge at any Deutsche Post AG branch or Hermes PaketShop.

If you have chosen the "Purchase on account" payment method, the return label is not yet included in your parcel. You can create and print this label online under 'My Account' free of charge. Click on 'My orders' in your account and select the order for which you would like to request a return. Click on 'Print return label_ to request your return label. Then enclose the completed return slip with your return shipment and stick the printed return label on your parcel. You can hand this in free of charge at any Deutsche Post AG branch.

Is there an extended return deadline?

We have extended the right of return to 60 days for you. Please note that the payment period remains unchanged at 14 days.
